One of the great features of presenting through our event management website is the ability to continue viewing your camera feed once you have shared your screen. You will continue to access the view of your camera feed when sharing your screen or slides. When you are ready to present, you'll want to join in the presenter view, and you'll see a "share screen" option in the bottom left corner of your presenter controls. You'll have the opportunity to share your entire screen, application window, or browser tab. After making your selection, choose share. While sharing your screen, you will see a thumbnail of your camera on the left and the content currently being shared below it. You will know that you're successfully sharing your screen when the "Sharing screen" button turns green. Once you have completed your presentation, you'll click the green "Sharing screen" button or leave the Studio session.

1. Click the Session List page. From the left navigation, click Agenda and then Sessions list to open up a session you'd like to activate live question-and-answer during this event.
2. Enable Q&A for individual sessions by locating it in your Agenda under the Details tab before scrolling down through all available options!

To ensure that all submitted questions are visible without manual approval by a moderator, enable the Auto-approve Questions option. An approved question can still be declined if needed, and you will establish when attendees submit their inquiries in your session Q&A in alignment with time or custom set schedule

With the session access code automatically filled in, you can change it if desired. The Moderators will need this for live display questions!
